Today so far...

One Lo-Carb Monster (16 oz, 20 cals, 6 grams carbs, 6 grams sugar, 360 mg sodium)

A powdered sugar donut (yuck) (150 cals, 72 fat cals, 19 grams carbs, 9 grams sugar, 180 mg sodium, 10 mg cholesterol) My God thats gross, and I don't even like donuts, but they were handing them out in class, sweet Jesus...

Costco Chicken bake for dinner (810 cals, 272 fat cals, 30.2 grams of fat, 8.2 grams saturated fat, 62 mg cholesterol, 2061mg sodium, 75.6 grams carbs, 5.5 grams sugar) Wow, that is terribly, terribly frightening...

Two Diet Dr. Peppers (110 mg of sodium total)

Ok, so basically I am starting this puppy over. Last weekend I was awful as baby_boxer was here and I ate and drank like I was dying... So ya, and the following week was Spring Break and this most recent weekend I spent with my new man, so that too wasn't great. So... basically, I am going to pretend I never started this and start over.

My plan is:
again start food/drink journal
as soon as I get money, buy a scale
get back in the gym

So ya, hooray... Ok, well, luvs ya'll! Muah

For breakfast (at 2:30pm, I couldn't sleep for the life of me last night) had a monster (24 oz, 30 cals, 9 grams carbs, 9 grams sugar, 540 mgrams sodium).

I usually have granola in yogurt for breakfast, but I am outta yogurt and my rice milk is old, so, ya, bad me...

Also had a 5.5 oz V8 (30cals, 7 grams carbs, 330 mg sodium), and a 8.3 oz "sugar free" redbull (10 cals, 3 grams carbs, 200 mg sodium), and half a 'teriyaki' chicken breast and last but not least a Diet Dr. Pepper (20 oz, 87.5 mg sodium)

Oh and at "lunch time" when ever that was for me, I took two SlimQuick diet pills...

Didn't have much today... Not terribly healthy. And this weekend I will probably consume lots of bad food and booze with baby_boxer coming to town. Oh well...

And I went on calorie-count.com and did my BMI and according to them, at 5'8 (I always underestimate that, I am closer to, if not 5'9) 23 yrs old, and 163 pounds, I am 24.8 BMI, which is 'slightly overweight' with ideal BMI being 20-24.... Lame, I am close though! If I get down to 150 pounds I will be at 22.8, which sounds ideal to me... 145-150 is my goal now, since I reached my goal (basically) of 160....

Today, I had a ginormous monster, and not the low carb one for breakfast. That's it. Then, around 3:30-4pm I broke down and got Taco Bell for lunch. I got a #1- taco supreme (210 cals, 14 grams of carbs, 370 mgrams sodium) w/ burrito supreme (400 cals, 48 grams of carbs, 1100 mgrams sodium) and a crunchy cheesy gordita (310 cals, 29 grams of carbs, 620 mgrams sodium), and a large cherry pepsi. For dinner I had a bowl of buttered noodles w/ salt. And a one liter diet dr. pepper and a Snickers ice cream bar for dessert (300 cals, fat cal. 160).

Yuck, I can't believe that ice cream bar had 300 calories! Jesus... Scary

I did do some walking today, Kira and I took a one hour campus tour, so it wasn't that great, but we did walk, so thats gotta count for something.

At lunch alone, that 920 calories, and 300 for the damn Snickers bar!
